I am sure you have an uphill battle at City Hall with so many councillors who don’t seem to want to go the same way and over and over again the same names keep coming up against your ideas. I really agree with you that City Hall has much fat that need and can be trimmed to achieve effectiveness. Many people in the private sectors live with the fear of losing their jobs everyday but still they do their jobs in a professional and effective way so I hope that if you have to take drastic decisions in order to bring order to City Hall that councillors will be behind you to support you and not just pass the buck - literally - to us the tax payers.

I’m surprised that Legendre voted in favor of the Plasco waste to energy technology letter of intent ! lol
The sooner the voters in my ward realize that Mr. Legendre should be gone ………. the better ! He does nothing - EXCEPT - “waffle” ! ” oh - in the case of this Plasco letter of intent - he probably realized that if he was going to be the only NAY - it MUST be a good idea! ……… very sad !
